Teradata is seeking a highly motivated UI Engineer to join its team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate is a full-stack engineer with solid experience in developing web-based, multi-tenant, cloud-native applications. You’ll collaborate closely with UX, product management, and engineering teams to design and deliver applications that provide operational visibility and manageability for Teradata’s Vantage cloud platform offerings.

This role involves translating user experience designs into functional code using modern JavaScript frameworks, contributing to innovative solutions, and providing post-production support. You’ll work in agile teams and have opportunities to engage in designing scalable solutions for enterprise applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in UI development, preferably in R&D environments.
  • Strong skills in translating UI/UX designs into code using Angular, Angular Material, NodeJS.
  • Solid foundation in object-oriented JavaScript and advanced browser optimizations.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Unix or Linux platforms.
  • Experience with Spring Framework or Spring Boot is a plus.
  • Knowledge of deploying scalable solutions in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Familiarity with relational database management systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce technical documentation and runbooks.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and quickly adapting to new technologies.
